1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Site, including but not limited to images, artwork, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software (the “Content”), is the property of Yeshu Artworks, its affiliates, or its licensors and is protected by applicable Israeli, U.S., and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

1.2 Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

  • Download, reproduce, distribute, display, or otherwise use any of the Content without our prior written permission.

  • Modify or create derivative works based on the Content.

  • Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods.

1.3 Art Purchases

Any digital or physical artwork purchased through the Site is subject to the specific licensing terms provided at the time of purchase. Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright ownership unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Artworks, Content, and Disclaimer of Warranties

2.1 As-Is Basis

The Site and all Content, products, and services provided through it are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

2.2 Disclaimer

Yeshu Artworks makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Content. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

2.3 Artwork Descriptions

While we strive to provide accurate information regarding our artworks, including descriptions, dimensions, and prices, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice. Colors may appear differently on different screens and devices.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yeshu Artworks, its owners, employees, affiliates, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, its Content, or products purchased from us.

3.2 Scope

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, including contract, tort, negligence, warranty, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Yeshu Artworks has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
